BoxLMS provides email support 5 days a week, 24 hours a day. Please send your inquiry to support@boxlms.com. Our technical support team responds to all non-urgent emails within 24 hours, and all urgent emails within 8 hours. When submitting an email request, please include as many details and screen shots as possible. This helps to respond quickly.

Monday – Friday (7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EST)

Saturday – Sunday (Emergency support only for login issues – please email us at Support@boxlms.com. On-call Tech Support will respond between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)


 

System Guidelines

BoxLMS is a cloud-based solution. When you request BoxLMS we give you 30 days to try out our product for free. After the 30 days, simply sign up and pay for the program to keep receiving our top quality services.

NOTE: We can't solve your hardware and general software problems which are irrelevant to LMS.


 

Training

On-site Training- Our Technical training team provides on-site training 24/7 in case of serious technical issues.

Off-site Training- We also provide off-site training through our online web-portal.

Video Demos and Manuals- We provide video demos and user manuals to clients for better understanding of the system.
